Dr. Tiffany Beckford
Director of Development and Memberships
Dr. Tiffany Beckford joins the Sisterhood of Salaam Shalom as the Director of Development and Membership. With a professional background rooted in donor relations and organizational development, she specializes in creating sustainable partnerships that drive social change. Tiffany transitioned into the nonprofit leadership sector following over a decade of success in public school music education, where she was honored as a National Life Group “Life Changer of the Year”, Yamaha “40 Under 40” recipient, and Grammy Music Educator Semifinalist.
Tiffany holds a PhD and a Master’s degree from Florida Atlantic University and a Bachelor’s degree in jazz trombone from Florida State University. Her unique blend of creative expertise - honed through years as a musician and visual artist - and analytical research on women’s social roles allows her to bring a multi-faceted perspective to the Sisterhood team. Tiffany is a South Florida native and world traveler who believes in the power of creative expression and female-led collaboration to bring light to the world.
