Founder and Executive Director of the Kidsbridge Youth Center in New Jersey– Lynne has spent the last 21 years creating programs and interactive learning experiences teaching empathy, empowerment, respect and anti-bias, anti-racism for more than 35,000 children and hundreds of teachers. Her Center is a unique immersive ‘small group discussion’ learning lab for both youth and teachers. A genuine change agent, Lynne implemented ‘evidence based’ curriculum and evaluation that resulted in significant attitude improvements in empathy, stereotypes, anti-bias, empowerment and moral reasoning.
Lynne was a founding member of American Jewish Committee’s Muslim-Jewish Advisory Council (MJAC) in New Jersey and does interfaith work in her community.
Her book “The Empathy Advantage: Coaching Children to be Kind, Respectful and Successful” was published by Rowman & Littlefield in 2020 and is now available in paperback. Her latest book “Countering Antisemitism & Hate – A How to Guide for Youth, Family and Educators” will be released in March, 2024.
