Nausheena Ahmed

Nausheena Bhayat grew up in London, England and Halifax, Nova Scotia.  She studied history and political science at Dalhousie University.  Nausheena has served on the board of several organizations over the last twenty years. Her focus has been on women’s issues as well as religious concerns. Nausheena is also serves on the organizational committee of Mizaan, which in conjunction with the Office of Muslim Life at Princeton University, organizes spiritual retreats for families. In her downtime is a chef of much renown and enjoys creating innovative meals for her family.

Nausheena joined the Sisterhood in 2011 as a member of the original charter chapter and has served on its board in various capacities.
