Nausheena Bhayat

Nausheena Bhayat grew up in London, England and Halifax, Nova Scotia.  She studied history and political science at Dalhousie University.  Nausheena has served on the board of several organizations over the last ten years. Her focus has been on women’s issues as well as religious concerns. Nausheena is also the Chairman of the Mizaan organization, which in conjunction with the Office of Muslim Life at Princeton University, organizes spiritual retreats for families. She is currently working on writing a book about wedding traditions.
